“I really like the concept of this place but the layout is a bit cramped. board game selection was good. it also seems like a good place to put some gacha machines in the corner since drunk nerds love gambling. non alcoholic selection could maybe use a few more interesting options, a lot of the TCG/gaming stores in upstate will sell Japanese sodas. Overall I think the store would probably benefit from leaning into the nerdy vibes, decor, etc. It's good so far and I will return!”

“Recently attempted to purchase an item from this store’s e-commerce page on the Shop app. A few minutes after purchase, they cancelled the order. No explanation, no apology, no offer to make things right for me or otherwise make me feel satisfied. Despite this I sent a follow-up e-mail proposing a few ways I felt they could make me a happy customer. Again, no response. They don’t seem to care about me.”
