“They need more workers like Morgan. 1/2 of the staffs customer service is shitty but the manager, the 2 female bartenders, the red head dude and Morgan are top tier. I became a member because of consistent quality and quick service. The service is much worse on days where they don’t feel like they’ll be busy or if those people aren’t there. When they are there though service is instant and the staff is super friendly. Remember to eat before you come though. No food or drink allowed in because they have Takorea(ngl I liked the old game arena restaurant better with the arena dogs and better fries)”

“Worked with the team at Game Arena so my buddy and I could throw our other buddy’s birthday…and it was just an awesome night. The staff set up all of the systems and screens for us in advance, and overall just made everything easy. The atmosphere and food were top notch. “If you're in the columbus area, this is pretty slick! My brother knows some people in the business, and he brought me here and man, it's a great place to bring a few friends for a while. They have a bar with different all sorts of stuff you wouldn't really see playing on the TVs at different bars. Great atmosphere with like at least 70 Pcs set up. They have a couple racing Sims a handful of xbox/PS/nintendo consoles and a an outdoor patio that's in like a chill alley with a nice ambiance at night. Great place to meet new people. A couple bathrooms and one that's like a "family bathroom" with more privacy. On God 10/10 will go again”
